Superb walks and views of the Mediterranean sea, beaches and coves are no more than 5 minutes walk away. Benalnudista (nudist beach) is no more than 10 minutes walk from the house. The property is set on the edge of Torrequebrada Golf Course and many other golf courses can be reached within 15-30 minutes drive. Benalmadena Marina, Sea World, Tivoli World, Torremolinos Aqua Park, Benalmadena Cable Car and other activites are all within easy reach of the property. Torrquebrada Casino is no more than 15 minutes walk from the house. The nearest supermarket is located in the Flatotel very near to the house and the Supercor Supermarket is 15 minutes walk or two minutes in the car away. The Flatotel also has a bar and disco that can be used by local residents.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental fees start from 350 pounds per week and will increase during the height of summer. Changeover day is normally on Saturdays however a flexible approach is given to suit alternative arrival days. However, guests must depart the house no later than 1030 and arrivals no earlier that 1530 to allow for cleaning.

    A deposit of £150 will secure this property with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A key/damage deposit is required and will be refunded once the property has been checked on departure. Excellent rental prices are offered on this family home so please contact the owner for very competitve rental offers.

The main accommodation is on two floors. The ground level comprises a spacious lounge/dining area, a 'quiet area', separate kitchen and shower room with WC. Patio doors lead to a very pleasant patio area/balcony at the back of the house fitted with appropriate dining furniture. Stairs lead down to the master bedroom which has a walk-in wardrobe and through access to the third bedroom. Bedroom two has twin beds. There is also a large family bathroom fitted with shower and bath. An outside spiral staircase leads to the upper sun terrace which has sun loungers and dining furniture where you can bathe and enjoy the views. There is also a neat front garden with dining furniture.
