Casa Pacifica enjoys prime location, overlooking unspoilt stunning countryside, yet not isolated. Close to Estoi, Moncarapacho, Olhao and excellent beaches, beach islands and outstanding golf. The villa is furnished to the highest standard with marble flooring, and stylish high quality modern furniture throughout. Truly superb gardens surround this villa. All 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) are fully air conditioned and have floor to ceiling cupboards. There is a digital safe in the villa. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a further full bathroom and a shower/WC with vanity unit. However, we have to advise you that you will fight over the first floor Master Bedroom!! It has a 6ft wide bed, a large ensuite bathroom with bath and huge shower, double vanity unit, bidet and toilet and its own terrace - with table and chairs where you can relax over a glass of wine and take in the panoramic views.
Casa Pacifica comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 using a sturdy portable bed and a child's cot. A highchair is also provided. The large lounge (with doors off to pool terrace) has satellite TV and DVD player. The dining room off the lounge comfortably seats 8-10 people. The large modern kitchen is superbly equipped.
The pool terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, large table & chairs, large BBQ, plus extensive bamboo shaded area. Surrounding the villa is an extensive garden of grass and tropical planting. To one side of the garden is a beautiful pergola with additional chairs and tables. Planting creates a very private area with lights at night for al fresco dining. This is an ideal location to enjoy the unspoilt and low cost Eastern Algarve. There are beautiful island beaches close by and some quite exceptional golf courses. There is a woderful bar/bistro only 800m from the villa, easy to walk to in 12 mins, 2 mins by car.
