BBQ, table tennis, boules and large gardens. Very comfortably sleeps 8-10. This villa is ideally located for family and golfing holidays any time of the year. The villa has a huge basement garage with table tennis and darts. There is boules in the garden. Fully gated with lots of offroad parking. English managers will meet you on arrival at the villa, show you around the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday should you need them. Casa das Oliveras is approx 5km outside village of Moncarapacho,an area known for its extensive citrus & almond groves. Importantly not isolated but with other luxury villas each with plot size of approx half acre. Moncarapacho is a country town/village with supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, dentist and local shops. There is a wonderful local rustic bar/bistro approx 800m from the villa, easy to walk to and 2 mins by car. The beaches and beach islands in the Eastern Algarve are superb, sandy, wide safe & clean. The beach at Fusetta is small but has just received a blue flag. There are many places to eat, all of which are exceptionally good value. Markets take place in alternating local towns every Sunday. This is an ideal location in which to enjoy uncrowded high quality golf courses. Within 15-30 mins you can access Quinta da Cima, Ria, Benemor, Castro Marim and the new Monte Rei. Many more courses in Ayamonte.

  • We use an excellent fully automated booking/payment system, accepts any currency using credit/debit card.

    Prices are per week in UK pounds for 8-10 people. 25% deposit required. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday. Breakage deposit £200/insurance policy required.

    Prices include free pool heating March- end Oct Obligatory extra charge of £85 for aircon (warm and cool)

    Pool normally unheated Nov-end Feb but can be heated on request for extra charge. Temperature guarantee however cannot be given but will do our best!

    Guests are asked to leave by 10am and new guests can arrive after 3pm. However, where possible we will try and accommodate early/late arrivals/departures.

Casa das Oliveras is exceptionally spacious and well equipped family villa - you will not be disappointed. It has 4 bedrooms. 2 are double ensuites, (one has its own furnished terrace), you will fight over this one!! There are 2 large twin rooms. All have floor to ceiling cupboards and aircon. There is a digital safe in one bedroom. Can accommodate up to 10. Cot, high chair and sturdy portable bed provided. 2 full bathrooms with bath, shower, bidet, wc and vanity unit. 1 huge bathroom with Swedish power shower cubicle, double vanity unit, wc and bidet. There is a shower room with wc and vanity unit. All luxuriously tiled. Casa das Oliveras is exceptionally spacious and beautifully furnished in modern style to the highest specification and with marble floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 with all modern conveniences. The large lounge dining area has an open fireplace, TV (with BBC and ITV) , DVD and very comfortably seats 8-10.

Doors lead to the fully equipped pool terrace, warm south facing pool and BBQ. There is a lower garden with beautiful planting, boules area and further seating. Quite lovely! The villa is situated only 20+ minutes drive from Faro airport, on the outskirts of Moncarapacho, close to Olhao and Estoi, amongst other very high quality villas, all of approx 2000 sq m. Importantly you are not isolated. A lovely rural location, peaceful and tranquil yet just 10+ mins to fantastic beaches, beach islands and outstanding golf if you can find the energy to move away from the villa. Car hire essential. The villa has been awarded Portuguese AL licence and meets all required health and safety regulations.
