Our house is situated in a quiet residential area (not suitable for late-night revelry!) 1km from Los Montesinos, a very neat small spanish town with many bars and restaurants. There are scenic views from the house over two large lakes. Superb sunrises can be viewed from the house as it faces south. The lively resorts of Torrevieja and Guardamar are 10kms away. These resorts can offer everything for the family including blue flag beaches, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, water parks, safari park, cinemas, bowling, nightclubs and casino and lots more. Los Montesinos is a 10-15 minutes stroll and offers a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and internet cafes. It is within easy reach of 5 golf courses and several beaches. The house is just a 3 minute walk from the communal swimming pool, children's playground, supermarket and bars and restaurants. Alicante and Murcia airports are both approximately 35 minutes drive. In Los Montesinos itself you can cycle, go horseriding or quad biking; play golf or watch the wildlife on the salt lakes, including flamingoes in the summer. Apart from the sports and entertainment of the coastal towns, inland there are the historic towns of Elche and Orehuela and half an hour's drive will take you into the mountains.

  • LONG LETS AVAILABLE FROM 15th FEBRUARY TO 22nd MAY 2010 FROM £75 per week.

    £50 non-returnable booking deposit required plus £100 returnable damages deposit. Any changeover day considered. Airport transfers and welcome packs available.
    There is an electricity meter which takes 2 euro coins, average use 2 euros per day. It is set at the same rate as the owner pays and is in credit on your arrival.
    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused in the unlikely event of temporary loss of electricity/water/TV services. In the event of more persons in the party than have been booked, keys will not be handed over until the owner has been notified.
    We reserve the right to vary our rental prices at any time.

The house sleeps up to 6 people - 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. There is also a travel cot and high chair available. The ground floor has one double bedroom with shower room and toilet. The lounge/dining room has air-conditioning, with a dining table seating 6 people, 2 sofas, a flat screen television with Astra2 satellite and DVD/VCR combi. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer. There is on-site parking, garden and terrace with table and chairs. On the first floor there is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and patio doors leading out to a terrace. Ideal for your early morning cuppa. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and storage drawers. The main bathroom has a shower in the bath, wc, bidet and washbasin. On the top floor is the main terrace with table and chairs for 6 and sunloungers. A must for your evening meal or drink as you watch the sunset.

The view from the sunroof is one of the most scenic on the estate. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels and cot bedding.
