Villa Guzel (meaning beautiful villa) is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Kemer village near to the town of Fethiye. From the villa entrance you walk into an open plan hallway which leads into the lounge area with patio doors onto the covered terrace overlooking a private swimming pool / jacuzzi, garden and bbq area. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The ground floor area includes an open plan hallway, lounge, kichen / dining area. The lounge area benefits from a feature wood burning fireplace, satellite TV, HI-FI, DVD player and playstation. There are two 3 seater sofa beds to enable a maximum occupancy of ten people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Off the hallway is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room / toilet. The first floor includes a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. There are two further twin bedrooms a large family bathroom and a large furnished balcony.The outside area benefits from its own swimming pool with an additional childrens pool / jacuzzi, a large covered / shaded patio area with dining table and eight chairs.

You can enjoy outdoor cooking on the brick built bbq! Villa Guzel is located a short walk from the rural village of Kemer, there is an array of shops, a bank, a couple of take aways and a handful of bars / restaurants.
