Fully managed and licensed. 'Meet and Greet' service available for those who are worried about getting lost! (price on application)

I have just got back from a two week holiday staying in this property with my husband, elderly parents and my sister. We arrived in Orlando late at night picked up our hire car and drove to the villa with some very good directions from the owner Phil, the drive only took about 15 mins. When we got into the villa the aircon was on which was very nice as it was very hot outside. First impressions we were impressed very clean and tidy, i soon fell into bed and was so pleased that the bed was very comfy. The pool area is lovely with great views, with plenty of seating outside, we found plenty of pool towels. The kitchen has everything you need. Just down the road there is plenty of shops and places to eat and you are within easy reach of all attractions.
Would i stay here again? oh yes. My whole family had a great holiday and thank Phil for the lovely accommodation.

this was my fourth visit to this home at buenaventura lakes kissimmee. The main reason we keep going back to this particular home is for the location and wonderful lakeview setting. The pool area is the real highlight for me and my family, thats where we spend all our time usually when we are not out shopping. Larger than average deck with good size pool and spa with rock waterfall water feature and overlooking the lake. Its very private and relaxing unlike some others we have stayed in. Inside is well equipped and typical of a florida rental home. Shops are nearby and its only a short drive to orlando airport which suits us after the flight. Overall i would recommend this home to couples and small families and first time visitors.
