Villa Ocaso - Has 2 large double ensuite bedrooms, one has its own furnished terrace and you will fight over this one!! There are 2 further spacious twin bedroom. All bedrooms have fitted floor to ceiling cupboards and aircon. There is a digital safe in the villa. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 using a sturdy portable bed and portable cot. A high chair is also provided. There are 3 fully tiled luxurious bathrooms (one with a corner bath), all with bath, shower over, wc, bidet and vanity unit. There is a further shower room with wc and vanity unit.
The lounge is exceptionally spacious with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV channels) DVD and music system. There is an open fireplace and doors which lead to the furnished terrace, pool and garden. The dining area off the lounge comfortably seats 10.
The very large kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for 10 people, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and mod cons and granite surfaces. The 10m x 5m pool is heated from March to end October free of charge. It has a large terrace with table, chairs and loungers. Night lights in pool until 11/12 pm. There is deep shade on the terrace for hotter months. Garden surrounds the pool and there is a large BBQ for alfresco dining. The pool can be heated Nov-end Feb at extra charge but no guarantees can be given re temp.
This is an ideal family location to enjoy the beach, beach islands and outstanding golf. Moncarapacho is just 5 mins drive from the villa with supermarkets, restaurants etc. There is a wonderful bar/bistro 800m from the villa offering excellent inexpensive food, easy to walk to in 15+ mins and only 2 mins by car.
