Rose Cottage is situated in the small attractive village of Dinder( pretty church & cricket green). Only two miles from the centre of Wells, England's smallest city with magnificent 12th century cathedral, market. square, Bishops Palace and moat: excellent restaurants, theatre, cinema); Wookey Hole caves, 4 miles; Glastonbury, 7; Cheddar Gorge and caves, 14; Bath & Bristol with Zoo both 23 miles. Nearest pub (with great food) and shops, 1 mile (Croscombe).

Rose Cottage is a spacious ,light and airy semi-detached property, hidden in the heart of Dinder. A stepping stones path leads to it across its own enclosed garden (lawn, patio. table and chairs. bench picnic table.) Gardens - it's own and others surrounded on three sides. It's views are over the village roof tops in one direction and across the rolling Mendip countryside in the other. Front door into long narrow slate floor halled off which are the large living room with comfortable sofas and dining room, (old pine table, chairs and dresser, French windows to the garden and patio) linked by an arch to the hall up to landing (bookcase with books) and three bedrooms- two double both overlooking gardens, single bedroom with view of Mendips, bathroom (suite with bath/shower). A great position to enjoy the paece and quite whilst having a beautufl city on your doorstep and many other attractions.
