You visit this place once, you can be rest assured you will be back, guaranteed! I have been going here since I was 14, it's that good! People are friendly, local produce is second to none, fresh bread baked with recipies going back decades. Fresh seafood, shellfish. It really is an unspoilt part of the world and hopefully it will remain so. St Armel is a tranquil, seductive place, I can guarantee a return. Nearby is the town of Vannes, which boasts great shops, bi-weekly markets and a port where you can enjoy lunch whilst looking at the marina.
And that's not even the house! The house is great, 5 bedrooms, all with plenty of room (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with a double and single bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 baby's travel cot). A downstairs living room with a dining room just off, catering for 10+ people. All windows have shutters, which is nice when you need that lie-in.
Plenty of parking space, you could even charge the locals!
If you time your visit properly there are lots of traditional festivals at the local villages serving traditional merguez and frites.
