This well located chalet has been completely refurbished to a high standard, and is located on the popular 'Gurnard Pines' holiday complex in the sleepy village of Gurnard. It is well kitted out with all that you would need to make your stay more comfortable, creating a 'home from home' atmosphere. There are two bedrooms, one (small) double with wardrobe, hairdryer and TV and one twin bedroom with wardrobe. The bathroom has a small bath with shower attachment over, WC and sink. The main living area is open plan with cream 'shaker' style kitchen with fan assisted oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle; leather suite and pine tv cabinet with flat screen TV and dvd player. Outside is a patio area with table and chairs and a barbeque is provided for those 'al fresco' meals.

The chalet is located just a ten minute stroll to the beach at Gurnard, where there is a lovely beachside cafe and green, perfect for flying kites and watching the sailing! The town of Newport is only a 10 minute drive away, and Cowes is a 20-25 minute lovely walk along the beach front. All the delights of the theme parks such as Robin Hill and Black Gang Chine within 30-35 minutes drive, the Isle of Wight Zoo with its large collection of big cats including a white tiger, jaguars, lions and orange tigers is 30 minutes drive. Additional information about rental rates

  • The preferred changeover days are Saturdays, but we would like to be flexible whenever we can and will offer odd durations ie 9 or 10 nights wherever possible for a nightly rate. This calendar system would not allow me to show Saturday to Saturday changeover periods, but all rates apart from IOW Festival and Cowes Week regatta are Saturday to Saturday.

  • The bedrooms are snug and can accomodate a maximum of two adults in each room, the twin room could fit a travel cot in for a small one! The whole chalet has wooden flooring throughout and is double glazed.
