A new 2 bedroom house, in a quiet area of South West Mallorca. Fully air conditioned and heated. This secure community has 3 community swimming pools and is situated alongside Golf de Andratx golf course and only a few minutes walk from the excellent beach, bars and restaurants of Camp de Mar. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a guest WC and a fully fitted top quality kitchen. A large open plan sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area and a storage closet. There is a TV with Sky freeview satellite channels in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin rooms) and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is also a first floor terrace accessed from the master bedroom. There are large terrace areas for outdoor living with modern furniture and decorative potted plants.
