Located in this privileged and peaceful position, it is hard to believe the villa is only 2 minutes from the fashionable yachting harbour of Port Andratx and 20 minutes easy drive into Palma, where the beautiful cathedral is well worth a visit, along with excellent shopping and a fantastic selection of restaurants. Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision. This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.
