The accommodation consists of a reasonable size lounge/dining area, double bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen area. The lounge/dining area is comfortably appointed with sofa bed, a small table and chairs for four people and television. There are full width glass doors opening onto the enclosed terrace area which is furnished with table and chairs. The open plan kitchen has a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave oven and all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has hand basin, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.
