The living area is open plan with an American style breakfast bar and kitchen. Full width patio doors lead onto a spacious, furnished terrace area with beautiful views over Santa Ponsa bay, community gardens and the large swimming pool. The apartment has been fully modernized with marble flooring throughout. There is a modern entertainment system with large flat screen television, Sky TV (Freeview) and CD/DVD player. There is also a flat screen television in 2 of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and flat screen TV. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds and fitted wardrobes, bedroom two also has a flat screen TV. There are two fully fitted modern bathrooms. The fully fitted kitchen has a stainless steel sink unit, large fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave oven, toaster kettle and all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine and ironing facilities are provided in the separate utility room.
