A beautiful, private villa with pool set in 28,000 sq. mtrs. of gardens, fruit trees and wooded hillside. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people, there is also a study with sofa bed suitable for an additional 2 persons. The house has an open plan lounge with original exposed beams and open fireplace. There is a flat screen television with Freeview Sky TV channels and a BOSE docking system. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and twin handbasins. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and en-suite facilities. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also a room with toilet and washbasin accessed from the outside terrace.

The finca is located just 40 minutes from the airport at Palma on the outskirts of S'Arraco, local shops, bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Port Andratx and the beaches at Camp de Mar and Sant Elmo are all just 10 minutes drive away. The area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking,diving,sight seeing, with Deia & Valdemossa just 20 minutes away, there are also many quality golf courses within a short drive of the property. Mallorca is one of the most popular European holiday destinations with a reputation for providing stylish and sophisticated vacations for families, business people and those who are looking for sporting activities. This small island has a diversity of landscape from the dramatic Tramuntana Mountain ranges to the fertile plain at the centre of the island to small secret coves and long sandy beaches.
