A secluded 3 bedroomed Villa, that sleeps 6 & is equipped to cater for a disabled person, the villa is on the outskirts of Costa De La Calma & within easy walking distance of Santa Ponsa and its many bars,restaurants and large family beach. The accomodation consists of a large open plan lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite.There is a covered terrace and large shady garden, wicker loungers are provided & there is also a small table & chairs for external dining.

From the off road parking area there is a wheelchair ramp around the side of the house to the back terrace, from the terrace the house can be accessed via large patio doors. The whole living area inside the villa is flat with widened doorways for wheelchair access. The kitchen has legroom under the sink and hob for disabled use and all equipment is reachable from a wheelchair.
