This attractive 19 century cottage is situated in the centre of the attractive village of Terrington just 12 miles north of York in the Howardian Hills. The cottage offers comfortable family accommodation, whilst preserving the original character, including real fires in the living room and dining room. Double glazed windows have recently been installed throughout. There is an enclosed attractive rear garden which has a small fish pond in the corner. The village has a post office, stores, and good village pub which serves excellent meals including Sunday lunch. As well as York being less than 30 minutes drive, the attractive market town of Malton, and the popular Castle Howard are each about 15 minutes drive.
