Oasis Parque is situated on the western outskirts of Portimao and just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous beaches of Praia da Rocha and Alvor. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 3 storey building and has the benefit of a fully contained exclusive sunny aspect garden, ideal for dining or for children playing. The apartment is finished to an exceptionally high standard and includes an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and satellite TV.

The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The apartment also has the benefit of being fully air conditioned (and heated in the winter should this be a requirement). A baby cot can be provided if required at a small surcharge.

There are 2 double sized bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed situated in the living area. There is a full size walk in shower in the family bathroom.

There is a dining table and 4 chairs in the living area, there is an additional 2 chairs, 2 stools and small table in the kitchen and a set of 4 chairs and patio table available for dining outside. There is a south westerly facing fully self contained exclusive garden which is ideal for outside dining and is a safe play area for children

There is an exclusive parking space outside the apartment. We would recommend renting a car as the development is approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach and nearest town.
