Ideal for families, singles, large sun terraces close to beach and town centre

Excellent rental property for all times of the year The house is set over two floors with the living area upstairs. Guest WC at this level, kitchen, fully equipped, well furnished lounge/diner and a large terrace with table and chairs. The house is facing south west with sun on the terraces from morning till sunset. There is a sun blind on this terrace which can be used if shade is required. Stairs lead down to the two bedrooms one with two singles and en-suite shower room, with WC and whb the other with double bed and full bathroom en-suite. There is also a large terrace from this room with sunbeds etc. Paraiso Blanco has one of the largest and nicest pools in Nerja set in lovely private gardens with thatched sun shades and a supply of sun loungers. Ideal for families, children play safely while adults relax. WC and shower at the pool area.Pool area is quiet close to the house on same level Access to house is by flat walkway from the car with about 4 steps to door of the property

Set in the beautiful town of Nerja Paraiso Blanco is a small complex of houses, in lovely surroundings yet close to all amenities. Burriana beach is 10min walk now proud to have a 'blue flag'. The town centre ten minutes walk. Nerja centre is a mix of traditional Spanish streets and modern restaurants and shops, mostly pedestrianised around the restaurant areas. There are many attractions, including the famous Nerja caves. The coastline of Nerja has lots of little beaches and coves. The surrounding villages of Maro, La Herradura and the beautiful village of Frigliana set in the hills behind Nerja are a 'must see'. There are plenty of large well stocked supermarkets in the area one being five minutes from the house. The tennis club is also just 5 minutes and a game can be booked for 8 Euro per hour. The mountains and Natural Park are only a short drive for those interested in walking or hill climbing. Golf is available within 15min drive. Watersports abound at the beach.

Feedback on accommodation:

We were really pleased with the accommodation as it was clean, well planned out and the swimming pool just the right size. The neighbours were friendly but not imposing and the area within good reach to the town and beach.

Thank you so much for the many personal touches, with frequent helpful emails, useful notes on the local area and generally good customer service; it’s what makes a service special.



Feedback on holiday destination:

A great place to stay with a real Spanish feel, although there were many tourists the town seem to maintain its local routes with the many tapas bars (Taberna Bar a must) and the many idyllic sights.



I would recommend it to all my friends, it’s been over 8 years since my last visit but it won’t be another before my next!

We had a lovely time at the Paraiso Blanco, thank you very much.

The pool area was lovely and we often had the pool to ourselves!

We will definitely recommend the apartment and direct friends to the website and will be in touch if we are coming back to Nerja.

We had a very pleasent stay at your house.
Everything went well,and the manager Ian was very nice.

And you had so right that it was a good place for children as well. He simpley loved the pool... :)

So thanks again, an we will get back too you if we are going back to Nerja.

Would like to return

I loved my holiday in Nerja. The house was perfect and I couldn't have asked for better. Ian form Nerja Property Management was great too and everything was definitely in top order.
I would like to come back to the house and will be in contact to come back in October .
