The bungalow has an open plan lounge and kitchen with dining for up to 6 people. There are two, new leather, comfortable sofas, oak unit with DVDs, books, local information and an oak coffee table to give a cottage feel. A LCD TV (with freeview), sits side by side with the DVD player. From the kitchen, the private patio is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, and equally suited for relaxed evening meals, enjoyed with a glass of wine, listening to the River Inny flowing past and fields beyond. The 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single) give a great combination choice for all families- from 2 to 5 people. All the bedrooms are carpeted, and stylishly decorated. The twin and singe bedrooms look on to the patio, stream and fields, (hopefully the cows will come down for their evening drink). There is a special price for 2 people, so you can enjoy the comfort and spacious feel of the bungalow.

Inny vale is a small, gated private holiday complex which stretches along the upper reaches of the River Inny. All properties are detached with lawns and gardens in front, and a private patio at the back with fields beyond. Within the grounds is a tennis court which is free to all the guests, and each property has its own designated parking space. (Please note this is quiet holiday , there is no pub or club house) Inny Glade has its patio next to the river side, and this is unfenced so small chidren must be supervised at all times.
