The apartment has a double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together to make a double), fitted wardrobes - offering ample storage space - and a sliding patio door leading to the balcony. Linen and towels are all provided free for guests to use. With its white washed walls and cool stone floor, the living room has a sofa which adapts into a spacious comfortable double bed, which can sleep a further two people.
From the living room there is a door, which leads onto the pretty balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with wireless internet connection, TV, DVD player and CD player with radio. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen has an oven and hob as well as a microwave. There is also a good size fridge freezer. The tiled bathroom has full sized bath with powerful shower, while the WC is conveniently situated in a separate room.
The balcony has a table and chairs are provided. The public carpark - Le Ferrage - is positioned next door to the apartment building, providing parking if you wish to bring your car with you. The balcony overlooks a quiet cobbled street. It is equipped with table and chairs and is a peaceful spot to sit. The kitchen is equipped with saucepans, plates, glassware, cups and cutlery. There is also a kettle, cafetiere and toaster. With everything needed to self-cater, it is like a home from home. There are two good supermarkets close to the apartment and plenty of local shops selling fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables and high quality cheese and wine.
