Seaspray is a cosy detached 3 bedroom dormer bungalow with sleeping accommodation for 6 adults.It has 2 bedrooms ensuite upstairs with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom with large shower suitable for elderly people.There is secure off street parking with lighting and a side gate to accommodate bikes which can be stored in shed behind .The back is completely enclosed .The garden is laid out with a huge decking area complete with table and chairs and sun loungers.Downstairs there is a lovely sitting room with a large leather suite and footstools.This room has a real fireplace which can be lit in the winterThere is a big tv and cd player here to sit down and relax at the end of the evening.The kitchen cum dining room is a big spacious bright room with more sitting area to look out on deck.There is a real stove fire here which can be lit ,kitchen has all up to date conveniences as any home would have.The house is heated by oil central heating which heats house very quickly.

Kilkee is situated on the scenic West Atlantic Coast in Co Clare, Ireland. The beach is crescent shaped and is one of Irelands sandy blue flag beaches. The area is renowned for scuba-diving,fishing and its beautiful sea cliff walks.There are narural swimming pools in the rocks called the Pollack holes where people swim. You can take a boating trip around the cliffs to see the dolfins.There are plenty of other beaches within a 10 min radius of Kilkee .Kilkee is within an 1 hour drive of Shannon Airport. Other local attractions include the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Aran Islands, Galway City, Bunratty Castle Folk Park and 20 minutes from Kerry if you take the car ferry across the Shannon Estuary. Activities in the area include swimming, windsurfing, scuba-diving, golf, deep sea fishing, squash ,cycling and horse-riding.There are plenty of popular restaraunts and pubs in the area to keep the craic going long into the evening.

Downstairs bathroom with large electric shower enclosure. 1st floor main bedroom with 5ft king size bed and ensuite with shower. 2 further single beds located in the 2nd bedroom upstairs also has ensuite with shower. Enclosed sunny back garden with large decking area and garden furniture. Outside wooden cabin available for storage of bikes etc. Oil fired central heating throughout.
