Entrance to the property is through the front garden from West Parade via a glass fronted sun lounge with cane lounging chairs. Entry to the sitting/dining room is to the right and there is another door opening into the second bedroom. The sitting/dining room has a bay window facing south and the room is furnished with a drop leaf dining table and four dining chairs. There is a sofa and two armchairs. There is a coal effect fire for those chilly evenings. The room has close fitted carpet.

Adjacent to the sitting room is the second bedroom, also facing south, with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and wash basin. Alongside the kitchen is a small WC with hand basin. Between the sitting room and the kitchen is a shower room with WC, bidet and hand basin.

The master bedroom is at the rear of the property. It has a double bed and ample walk-in wardrobe space.

The kitchen is reached along a short corridor and has all modern conveniences for a comfortable stay, whether just making breakfast or cooking a full scale meal.
