There are two 2-bedroom houses, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, sleeping up to 5 persons in each. Large kitchen and living room areas and one bathroom in each. There are two 3-bedroom houses, both occupying the ground floor and first floor. All three ground floor houses can interconnect if required via an interior set of doors, for the purpose of extended families or groups. The first floor 2 bedroom house is accessed via two exterior staircases on either side of the building, both with terraces and tables and chairs.
There are washing machines, iron and boards in the laundry room, for all to use.
The houses are spacious, cool and light, with marble floors throughout. All furnishing is new and comfortable. Ceiling fans in living rooms. All windows and doors have sliding insect nets, though the lake supplies natural and effective insect repellents. Each house has private patios and terraces offering both sunny and shady areas, with dining tables and chairs and sunbeds. Child safe gates lead from each patio to the lake side. The lawn slopes down to the lakeside, wooden decking and sunbeds. A large lawn for games and a play ground to be made in 2008.
Wood burning stoves are installed which circulate hot air, very effective and no smells or smoke can escape. Fans, heaters, cots and highchairs are also supplied on request.
Apart from the natural wildlife, we have doves that roam free and are very friendly, chickens which can supply you with fresh eggs and racing pigeons kept out in the fields and a friendly family dog.
