The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment comprises a living/dining room with ceiling fans and lounge seating for 5 and dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large pool-facing terrace that are furnished with a table and chairs. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead onto the terrace and the twin bedroom has an ensuite. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. Allocated covered parking is provided. The complex has a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where a number of communal sunbeds are provided. The apartment also has 2 private sunloungers.
