Beautiful two bedroom garden apartment leading on to a large communal swimming pool with surrounding lawns, palm trees, and flowers. It is truly a lovely oasis. This appartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and is well positioned within walking distance of shops restaurants including spanish, indian, chinese, english etc. 5 minutes walk will take you to the beautiful natural salt lakes well known for the pink flamingos. It is central to 5 golf courses including las ramblas, la marquesa, campoamor, la finca and villa martin. There are several water parks,the closest being ciudad quesada just 10 mins away. or stop at mar menor for the mud baths and beautiful beaches.

The salt lakes of Del Segura are on your doorstep, you really are spoilt for choice of places to visit, local horse riding, Karting, golf and much more for all your holiday needs. there are four main cities within an hours drive Cartegena,Elche,Alicante,and Murcia. The popular resort of Benidorm is only an hours drive away where you can visit one of europe's biggest theme parks TerraMittica also the huge water park Aqualandia. The world health organisation recommends the climate around Elraso as being amongst the healthiest in the world due to the salt lakes in the national park extracting all pollution from the air. The average temperature on the resort enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year.

The property consists of a large lounge, diner, two bedrooms, bathroom and large garden terrace acsesed via lounge patio doors. There is air conditioning with hot or cold settings. Royal Park is a quiet area surrounded by orange and lemon groves away from the main roads, there is a local sunday market a short walk away selling local produce and spanish bargains. A visit to guardalest and the algar falls is not to be missed. The costa blanca or white coast as it is known, there is plenty to do for children and adults with excellent beaches, water and safari parks.
