Within 350 yards of two beaches, one a very quiet affair and the other offering a range of watersports. The lovely old port of Looe can be reached in about 20 minutes via the coastal path or in 5 minutes by car. Riding, fishing , lovely walks, golf, tennis, bowls, etc., are all available nearby as are super National Trust houses and gardens. Plymouth is only half an hour's drive with Turo reachable in about an hour. The north coast, Padstow and St. Ives, etc., is also about an hour away.

Orchard is a delightful cottage within five minutes of two beaches and has been the subject recently of extensive refurbishment. The accommodation is arranged on two floors and comprises a large lounge/dining room and beautifully appointed kitchen on the ground floor with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and luxury bathroom on the first. There are pretty gardens to the front and rear with a patio area and a superb decking area with lovely views to the sea. There is also a most attractive, comfortably furnished summerhouse which also enjoys the great sea views, a super place to relax over a glass of wine. Reserved parking for one car is in a private car park just a few yards away.

The property is beautifully furnished throughout and is situated only a mile east of Looe which can be reached on foot via the coastal path in about twenty minutes or in two minutes by car. This is an exceptionally well appointed property which is just perfect for a family holiday.
