What a wonderful self catering property!

We have just recently stayed at Dalcraig House Glencoe and to say we were impressed isnt even close to how we all feel. This house is absolutely immaculate and is almost like a brand new property inside, all the furnishings and fixtures are to the highest qualitly, the sitting room is gorgeous and has lovely loch views, we were also most impressed by the standards that this house is being kept too ( the picutres on the advert dont show how beautiful this house is, its also split level, walking down into ht every large sitting room), its obvious that this property must be one of the most sought after self catering properties in this area, we have already booked for next september 2012! fro 2 weeks this time The house is very spacious and has absolultey everything that you would need to enjoy your stay including a huge plamsa Tv in the sitting room which my husband enjoyed, hes a footty fan! Tony and Mairi are always on hand should you need any info or help in any way their a lovely couple and they should be very proud of Dalcraig House and their other properties which we had a sneek preview off, Tony showed them to us on our departure day, including thier new house Kinlock Lodge, its a cracker too and has a jacuzzi. nothing was a problem to these owners they obviously love what they do , its shows
We took the steam train "jacobite" from Fort William to Mallaig, the harry potter trip, just wonderful and had fish and chips in Mallaig, magnificent! :), we went up the gondola at nevis range and had a picnic, we also hired segways from the loca golf course and also some mountain bikes, theres miles of a new cycle network very near to the house which is just wonderful very peaceful and a great asset to this area. We all went on the boat from Oban to Iona a beautiful small island where St Columbas first arrived and toured all the remote islands, theres just so much to do in Glencoe apart from walking sking and touring, we look very much to visiting next year and staying at Dalcraig House once again, if you thinking of staying in Glencoe we would definately recommend this property, you wont find better, its not possible! thank you Tony and Mairi for making our holiday one of the most memorable stays we have had in over 20 years of self catering, your properties are just perfect and very beautiful! xxxxxxxx Mary and Hector
