This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom lodge set in beautiful countryside and overlooking the private lake is sure to provide you with a luxurious exclusive retreat. With every creature comfort catered for this fully equipped and stylishly decorated pine lodge with double glazing and full central heating comfortably accommodates 6 people, you are sure of a relaxed stay. 27 Lakeside is a pet free, 3 bedroom lodge, should you require smaller accomodation and or pet friendly accommodation please email for details of other properties available at the same location.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The accommodation is generally available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on last day. Guests wishing flexability of these times may negotiate with the owner, however an additional charge may be payable for this service.

    The accommodation can be booked for short breaks as well as full weeks. Short breaks run from Friday - Sunday, Friday - Monday and Monday - Friday

    2 night break = 50% full week price
    3 night break = 60% full week price
    4 night break = 70% full week price

    A £100 security deposit is payable for each booking to cover any damage in-curred , once the accomodation has been checked and no damages discovered the deposit will be returned in full.

Travel cot and high chair available on request. Splendidly appointed lounge with lake views, wall hung elecric feature fireplace, LCD Freeview TV, DVD, Hifi System and French Doors leading onto private balcony. Seperate dinning area with modern suite comfortably seats 6 guests. Fully fitted kitchen with oak units, Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave and full size Fridge Freezer. Complete with dishes, crockery and tea towels. Large hallway houses a storage cupboard for outdoor shoes and coats, hallway leads to modern family bathroom with fullsize suite, consisting of Bath, WC and washand basin. Spacious master bedroom with double leather bed and fittings.

His and Her double wardbrobes, dressing table and chest of draws, leading from the master bedroom is a large en-suite shower room with power shower, WC and wash hand basin. Second double bedroom has double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes and chest of draws. Bedroom 3 is a twin with two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of draws. The Leisure village boasts a large private lake suitable for fly-fishing, Kayaking, Windsurfing or Sailing (using you own craft). There is a brand new Private Health and Leisure Club with Indoor Pool, Steam Room and 2 Gynmnasiums(guests at the village are able to make use of these facilities for a small charge) A beauty suite offers numerous treatments for those wishing to be pampered during their stay. On site facilities include the Waters Edge Restaurant which offers a mixture of Meditteranian Style Cuisine and some classic English Dishes.

For the comfort of all our guests 27 Lakeside is a no smoking and no pet lodge, we kindly ask guests who smoke to do so on the balcony using the ashtrays provided.
