Additional information about rental rates

  • A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is taken at the time of booking. The balance is required to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by cheque, cash or telegraphic transfer at the time of booking. All prices include daily utility allowance, linen and towels. Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 10am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request. A £120.00 deposit is taken on arrival and returned on satisfactory inspection of property a week after departure.

Fab place to stay!

We came to stay at this property on the weekend of the Great South Run and whilst we were fortunate with the weather, we were even luckier with this apartment. The owners were so friendly and helpful that we're already making plans to return next year.

The location is perfect, right next to all the shops, restaurants and facilities at Gunwharf Quays.

Couldn't fault it and can't wait to come back!
