    - Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am.

    - 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day.

    - Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the apartment equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.

The apartment is in the first floor with steps access. Equipped with an ensuite bathroom in the bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom close to the single bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all ampliances, with a sunny balcony with table and chairs to eat and drink al fresco with great countryside view. The spacious living room has table and chairs for six persons, comfortable sofas and satellite tv. South facing apartment with pool and garden view from the lounge. The outside area has a gate access for the beautiful spacious pool (with own shower) and garden, great for relax and sunbathing. Pool measures: 18m x 8m. Private parking for several cars available in the apartment complex.
