There is a supply of logs for the fire and gas central heating if required. The whole property is light and airy with spectacular views over the Breton countryside. Outside the rear garden is gravelled & landscaped with the added feature of a stone well, which has a locked safety grill cover. Ideal for a peaceful read. The front is grassed & there is plenty of room for children to play.
