The villa has 4 bedrooms, all furnished in a contemporary style giving them a light, sun filled feeling. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower attachment. There are 3 bedrooms with twin beds which share a family bathroom where there is the added luxury of a Jacuzzi-bath as well as an overhead shower. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. There are views to the sea from several of the rooms.
The outdoor area of this villa is maximised by being on 2 levels. To the front of the villa is a large 8m x 3.5m, electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by Roman steps. A feature of this pool is that it uses a natural salt chlorinating system which greatly reduces the level of chemicals used.
There is a spacious sunbathing terrace with ample sunbeds and parasols and a large, Canarian BBQ and colourful, Andalusian style patio dining seating. There is also a raised, wooden decking area with views of the sea. A perimeter wall gives privacy when sunbathing and a stairway leads to the spectacular, secluded roof terrace. From this terrace guests can enjoy private sunbathing whilst soaking up the dramatic and spectacular sea views over to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote and the uninhabited island of Lobos.
The seafront is just 10m from the villa where guests can go swimming from the stunning black reef. Only 100m away from the villa is Playa Las Abujas, an unspoilt beach with white sand dramatically set amongst the black volcanic lava. The world famous dunes beaches are also within walking distance and are extremely popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers. There are several water sports schools located on this beach.
There are restaurants and bars within a few mins walk of the villa and the centre of the resort can be reached within 15 mins by walking along the seafront.
