A beautifully situated detached French cottage, a must for all those seeking a taste of real french country living, peace and quiet. The house was renovated in 2006 and has loads of charm : a 1000 m² garden with aromatic plants (thyme, laurel, parsley etc..) and plenty of flowers and trees, 2 nice bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 single beds), a nice fitted kitchen opening on the patio, a real barbecue, a nice fire place, TV with French and British TV, a DVD player, Internet wifi connection. We offer also all the necessary for young children (bed, high chair, changing table, toys etc). English owned an run.

The beautiful village of Baudrières has it own bakery for the delightful french bread and also has a bar/restaurant. The village has it own tennis courts and football pitches and children play area. The Burgundy region is renowned for its fine wines and gastronomic food. Hautes Cotes de Beaune, Meursault, Montrachet, Pommard are just a few of the wines on offer. There are also plenty of museums, castles and abbeys to be seen. Ideal for cycling and walking Burgundy has lots to offer!

Situated in the charming village of Baudrières (between Chalon-sur-Saône, Tournus and Louhans) The cottage sleeps 4 - 6 people. Its large living area with its oak beams and wooden floor has the capacity to seat 8 for dinner and has a folding sofa, tv, dvd, hi fi, wifi internet connection and sky satellite. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and opens out onto the large patio which has the possibility to seat ten for those superb summer bbq’s. There are two spacious bedrooms on offer one with its own patio and french windows opening onto the beautiful orchard gardens and rolling coutryside. The bathroom comprises of bath and shower tastefully decorated in teak and again with superb view over the orchard. The cottage is ideally situated to enjoy magnificent sunsets with a glass of your favourite burgundy wine.
