With a balcony offering pool and some sea views, you can just sit back and relax with a good book and a glass of your favourite tipple or join the pool area for a spot of sunbathing. The balcony has 2 adjustable sun loungers, patio table, chairs and sun shade. The apartment has been completely refurbished, including new plumbing and electrics meeting the new standards required. The new kitchen has built-in appliances, granite worktops and breakfast bar, ceramic 4 ring hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave. There is also a kettle, toaster and full complement of crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has a colour TV/video with satellite channels including BBC1, ITV1, Sky Sports 1, BBC World News, Eurosports, Gold, Sky News, as well as many foreign channels. There are 2 comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a double bed.

Bronzed glass tri-panel sliding patio doors help keep the apartment cool in the hot weather, with outer sliding shutters and air conditioning (summer only). Stairs lead to the bedroom with ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe providing ample storage, comfortable twin beds and a digital safe for storage of your valuables (no charge). There is also an iron and ironing board for your use and a small hairdryer. There is a modern shower room upstairs also.
