Just a few metres away from Mimosa's terrace you can swim, fish, or boat on one of the world’s most beautiful bays and southern Europe’s deepest fjord: Kotor Bay, considered perfect for swimming with its calm waters and warm temperature. There is a tiny beach of a few metres in front of Mimosa and another slightly larger beach a 100 metres from the house. Dotted around Kotor bay are numerous jetties which are used as platforms for entering the water. Boats trips and watersports can be accessed from Kotor waterfront. This tiny and unique place is often considered the pearl of the Adriatic.
