HOLIDAY RENTAL. Prices from 630 euros per week. Sleeps 8/11. Detached house to let in Tortoli on the eastern coast of Sardinia, just 350 metres from the beach. This colonial style house has been completely renovated and newly furnished. Located in a quiet area but within easy reach of all amenities of the town centre and some of the best beaches in Sardinia. The spacious accommodation, suitable for a large family or group of friends, comprises: living area with kitchen and double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, bedroom no.1 with double bed and bunk beds, bedroom no.2 with double bed and single bed, with access from the veranda is a further small sitting room, shower room and bedroom no.3 with double bed. Additional benefits include, large veranda (approx. 50 sqm), well maintained garden with BBQ and pizza oven and two parking spaces. Nearby is a children's playground, beach, restaurants, and pizzerria.
