This studio apartment, based on the first floor of a 600 year castle, is the perfect location to explore the lake and all the local amenities yet enjoying the luxury of an artistic apartment close to the lake. If you are looking for relaxation amongst natural beauty with ample oppurtunity for relaxing lunches with world renowned food and wine or just to relax on the near by beach while you soak up the sun and take in the views, this apartment will not dissapoint! The accomodation is situated in Lenno with its picturesque lakeside position close to the boat, ferry stop which gives you access to all parts of the lake. Milan and Switzerland are all close by as well as closer to the apartment many restuarants we can recommend as well as bars and a supermarket and petrol station.

Lake Como is awash with history, culture, scenery and style. From the minute you arrive here you will feel relaxed and and at peace. Sunbathing is available here in the garden or just 2 minutes walk in the golden sandy manmade beach where waitors bring your cocktails as you sit beneath minature tented gazobos! Villa di Balbainello (James Bond, Star Wars) can be accessed close to your apartment, a beautiful villa with majestic views and gardens await you-why not visit one evening to listen to the Jazz band whilst you enjoy an evening cocktail? Other villas such as Carlotta, Erba and D'este are all reachable less than 30 minutes away by car, boat or bus. As the apartment is close to the Swiss border, San Moritz makes for a lovely excursion or 1 hour away you will find yourself in Milan or travel to Monza for the F1 grand prix. Bellagio for art, silk and leather (not forgetting the scenery is a must)can be reached by the ferry.
