The farm “Roccalberti” (9hct) is situated on the hillside overlooking the beautiful Garfagnana valley and grows farro (spelt), potatoes, vines, apple trees, chestnut trees etc. The property has been split in such a way that it is ideal for two families or groups of friends holidaying together. The properties are only offered together for privacy.

Although attached to the owner’s residence, the apartments are completely independent and privacy is respected. Upper apartment; 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen/lounge with bed settee, Satellite TV, washing machine. Ground floor apartment; 1 double and 1 bedroom with bunk beds + extra single bed, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge with bed settee, 2 bathrooms, Satellite TV, washing machine. Each apartment has it's own private outdoor eating area, BBQ & wood oven, mountain bike hire.
