The open plan sitting room with comfy sofas is perfect in summer or winter when a cosy fire. The choice of having air conditioning throughout the house is yours in the summer months.
If you do decide to stay at home and have a barbecue there is a good sized terrace for outside dinning. The swimming pool is at your disposal, set in a lovely mature garden which is shared with the owners whose house is located next door.
