Superbly located 30m2 studio apartment, just 50 metres from the beaches and glamour of la Croisette and 2 minute walk from the chic shops on the rue d'Antibes. Situated on the first floor of a nice modern building with a lift and a caretaker in the exclusive Carre d'Or area of Cannes between the Palais Stéphanie (former Hilton) and Carlton Hotels, the apartment offers a south facing terrace, air-conditioning and WiFi internet access. The Palais des Festivals convention centre is a 6 minute stroll along the seafront. A huge selection of cafés, restaurants and bars is very close, yet the immediate area is safe, quiet and residential. Several supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walking distance. The rail station and airport bus stop (Gray d'Albion) are within 500 metres. Ideal for business or holiday rental.

Ideal central location in the Carré d'Or, the best area of central Cannes, between the beautiful Croisette and the rue d'Antibes. The immediate area is safe quiet and residential, but a vast selection of bars, cafés and restaurants is very close by. Promenades, harbours, private and public beaches, swimming, sunbathing, waterskiing, jetskiing, windsurfing, sailing, designer shopping, local markets, restaurants and cafes, bars, clubs, casinos, boules, museums, even a castle. All the fantastic attractions that Cannes has to offer are within easy walking distance. The Palais des Festivals conference centre is a 6 minutes walk along the Croisette. Golf is a short drive away. Snow skiing can be found within a 1.5 hour drive of Cannes. Day trips along the coast to Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez etc. are easily arranged using local buses, trains or by boat from the old port.

The studio is comfortable, light and well furnished with its own entrance, hallway, bathroom and kitchen and can sleep 2 people. The main room has a marbled floor and sliding doors opening onto a 7m2 terrace with garden views. Bedding configurations are flexible: two comfortable 90cm (3 feet) beds can be combined to form a large kingsize bed. Alternatively, the beds can slide under each other to provide additional seating and space if required. The bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower. There is a small but well equipped open kitchen with dining table and chairs. Facilities include a lift, entryphone system and caretaker. This is a great central location in a quiet and safe residential area, but still at the heart of the action. Nearby you will find excellent restaurants and bars, designer shops, supermarkets, bakeries, beaches. Everything Cannes has to offer is within walking distance.

Car parking, if required is available at street level or in nearby underground garages (payable locally).
