This immaculately presented villa is the ideal location to explore the lake! Situated just 10 min walk from the lake, ferry stop and bus stop to access the whole side of the lake. A large sandy beach is just 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment.

The spacious living room includes all mod cons from TV, DVD and satellite to the fully fitted kitchen. The ground floor features 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 have a shower and WC, the other features a bath and WC. The first floor features 2 further bedrooms with 2 more bathrooms one with bath, the other with shower. Outside the patio furniture make for alfresco dining par excellence, whilst the inviting pool and BBQ area are available exclusively to this spacious villa. As the villa is on the flat, the first 3 bedrooms are suitable for elderly and disabled visitors.
