3 bedroom bungalow situated in a quiet road in the village of Northam. Approximately 5 min walk to Northam village. A few minutes level walk/drive through country park to long sandy beach.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.0 Miles
Golf at the famous Royal North Devon Golf Club is a 3 minute drive away.. Nearby amenities include horse riding, tennis, walking, cycling, trips to Lundy Island etc. There are several surrounding villages with good pubs serving food. There are 2 good restaurants and 2 pubs within walking distance. Nearby: Northam Burrows- long sandy unspoilt beach with nature reserve and small museum. Westward Ho! at end of above beach with shops and amusements. Also a favourite haunt of surfers both sea and wind. Great to watch or participate. River walks at end of Limers Lane. Cliff walks approached from end of Westward Ho! Bideford: the nearest town with supermarket, shops, quay(where fishing and cargo boats moor), tourist information etc. Boats for Lundy Island leave from the quay. There is also an out of town shopping complex, Atlantic Village 'Famous Brands at Bargain Prices' Bicycles can be hired for riding along the Tarka trail.
