This is an ideal location in which to enjoy both family and golf holidays. The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses. Why not try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve Golf Courses, hassle free at any time, many of them within 10-25 mins, rather than the busy central ones. There are a further 5 golf courses over the Spanish border 25mins away at Ayamonte. The villa is situated on the outskirts of Moncarapacho 5kms away, which is a lovely little country town with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, museum, doctors, dentish, pharmacy etc. The villa is also within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve and has been voted the Best beach in Europe). From Fusetta, Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many superb unspoilt offshore island beaches. For the bird watchers, The Ria Formosa National Park is close by.

    Pool is heated FREE OF CHARGE - end October Unheated Nov- end Feb. Can be heated at extra cost but no guarantees can be given. Obligatory £85/wk for aircon, warm and cool.

    Prefer Sat to Sat high season but flexible other dates. Please contact us to negotiate. Guests are asked to leave by 10am and new guests can arrive after 3pm. The villa is accessible any time after 3pm via a key access system.

    Car hire essential to enjoy the area. Car hire recommendations available on request.
    If arriving late food/drinks packs can be provided.

Beautifully equipped villa with 2 very large double and 2 twin bedrooms, all with aircon and floor to ceiling cupboards. Digital safe in one of the bedrooms. Lots of space to place cot and portable bed, allowing occupancy of up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms are ensuite and you will fight over the first floor ensuite bedroom as it has its own furnished terrace!! There are 3 fully tiled luxurious bathrooms, all with bath, shower over, wc, vanity unit and bidet. There is a further shower room with wc and vanity unit. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for 10 with second small seating area off. Door to second terrace and BBQ. The very spacious lounge has satellite TV (with BBC and ITV channels), DVD which also plays CDs. Dining area off. With fireplace, aircon and doors to wonderful 10m x 5 m pool and terrace. The pool is surrounded by lovely garden and fully equipped with chairs, table and loungers. Night lights in the pool until approx 11pm.

There is a further terrace with tables/chairs and BBQ and a third seating area to the side with swing hammock. Boules area in the garden. Lovely large grassed garden surrounds this villa, plot size in excess of 1800 sq m. Fully gated, lots of off road parking. A superb family villa. This really is an ideal location to enjoy the peaceful Eastern Algarve with wonderful beaches, beach islands and fantastic golf close by. And the wonderful low cost of living. Moncarapacho only 5 mins drive away with shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants. Close also to Estoi and Olhao. There is a wonderful bar/bistro only 800m from the villa, with excellent low cost food and drink, 12-14 mins walking, 2 mins driving. Faro airport 20+ mins. Seville airport 1 hr 50 mins, Lisbon 2.5 hours. Car hire essential to enjoy this wonderful unspoilt low cost part of the Eastern Algarve.
