Holiday rental. Prices from 525 euros per week. Sleeps 6. For rental on the outskirts of Tortoli, on the east coast of Sardinia, recently constructed apartment with new furnishings throughout. Situated on the ground floor and located in a very peaceful area, within gated, private grounds of approx’ 10,000 square metres, yet just 5 minutes by car from the town centre and also numerous beautiful beaches in the area. Accommodation: comfortable through lounge and dining room with fitted kitchen, en suite (with shower) master bedroom, two further double bedrooms (all with ample wardrobe/drawer space) and second bathroom with bath. Outside is a large, half covered, terrace, complete with furniture for relaxed outdoor dining, overlooking the garden area and with panoramic view. There is also ample, secure, car parking space.
