The house is south facing and is located on the edge of a small hamlet. Views to the front and sides are truly spectacular, with the Apuan Alps to the east. La Villa sleeps up to 8 in four double bedrooms. A Large south facing balcony off the landing which, catching the morning sun has a spectacular view of the Apuan Alps The master bedroom overlooks the valley and has a king-size double bed. One of the other two bedrooms on this floor has two single beds (can be formed into a double). This room has views across a small meadow to the nearby hamlet. The other has a day bed which converts to a double bed . A door from here leads to a second terrace with views of the Appenines and outside stairs down to the rear garden and pool. On this floor is a bathroom with bath including shower and screen and bidet. Downstairs is lovely south facing sitting room with a sofa and a sofa bed, a separate dining room with open fire with views across to the pool area.

There is a 4th bedroom on this floor with two single beds that can convert into a double. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel surfaces, oven and hob and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out to the large terrace area with newly planted pergola with vines and kewi fruit and large marble topped dining table and chairs. There is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower on this floor.
