There is a further terrace with table providing seating for six people, accessed via the landing, overlooking the landscaped courtyard. There is also a large roof solarium with two sunloungers and parasol. The property is located on the Senorio de Roda development close to the traditional Spanish town of Los Alcazares. The cities of Cartagena (15 minutes) and Murcia (40 minutes) are both within driving distance, offering the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the big cities. The property can be found on a small development, conveniently situated in the centre of what is now known throughout Europe as the ‘New Costa Golf’.

There are more than 10 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the house, with another 13 at the planning stage or under construction in the surrounding area. The Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports to be enjoyed all year round.
