The villa has been recently modernised, it is light and airy and has traditional terracotta floor tiling throughout. The living area consists of a large entrance hall, spacious lounge and open plan dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a brick and stone built barbecue area. There is a television with Sky TV "freeview" channels and a DVD player. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped including all necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is a large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, eye-level electric oven, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest washroom. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a small 3rd bedroom with bunk beds suitable for 2 children. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
