3 bedrooms and 2 bathroomed villa near Santa Ponsa

A beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool and large gardens which can sleep up to 6 people (Four adults and 2 children). The villa is air conditioned and has under floor heating for year round rentals.

The villa has been recently modernised, it is light and airy and has traditional terracotta floor tiling throughout.

The living area consists of a large entrance hall, spacious lounge and open plan dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Outside there is a brick and stone built barbecue area and plenty of room for dining, there is a large private pool, with sunbeds & parasols.

There is a television with Sky TV 'freeview' channels and a DVD player.

Located in a quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa close to the Marina. The marina has several good quality bars and restaurants. The town centre and main beach of Santa Ponsa are about 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car..
