It has a lovely private pool, with wide Roman steps and a handrail for easy access. There are lovely views of the sea and hills, and the air here is above the humidity level of the coast. The undeveloped Akamas Peninsula is nearby. Ground floor: 2 twin bedrooms, both with adjoining shower/w.c. Both bedrooms have balconies. The main shower room/w.c. has a “wheel in” style extra wide shower with 3” – 4” lip. Air conditioning available in bedrooms and lounge. Comfortable lounge/diner for 6. Double sofa bed for 2 persons. Well equipped kitchen. Front door exit to sun terrace and steps to pool, side door exit to pool side (1 step.) Outside: The private pool has lighting for night- time, and is regularly maintained. Back garden equipped with seating areas and BBQ. Sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. Large balcony equipped with table and chairs, overlooking pool. Limited Mobility Friendly, it features: Concrete ramp into villa. Villa is all on one level inside.

Spacious shower with 4” lip. Ramp access to poolside. Roman steps and sturdy handrail for pool access. We have local contacts for the hire of disability aids. No grab rails. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Ideal for R&R, honeymoons and quiet holidays. Lower rates for 2 persons
