Although the villa is fully air conditioned, the curtains have insulated linings, which, along with the marble floors, keep the villa cool in summer. There is a pecan nut grove in front of the villa, and olives groves and fields around it. The villa is secluded but not isolated.
Ground floor: The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen is extremely spacious. French doors to poolside and large terrace. The wooden kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes toaster/grill and coffee maker. Dining area has quality wooden table and chairs for 6. Shower and w.c.
First floor: Master double bedroom with large balcony at front and lovely views, en-suite shower & w.c. One twin bedroom and one triple bedroom with 3 large single beds. They both have lovely views across countryside, sea and hills. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath shower & w.c.
Outside: Pool with ladder access and terrace at front and side. Built in BBQ and shaded dining area. Shower. Attractive front garden.
Rear garden with trees. Beautiful wooden pergola, with shaded seating area.
The villa has air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and in the lounge. Air conditioning is available at 6 Euro per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. 4 units.
Cot and highchair on request.

Just a quick note to say thanks for organising a great week for us at Lauren Beach Villa. Everything went to plan and the villa itself far exceeded our expectations - it made a nice change for us to have a villa holiday where a car was unnecessary. A few comments on the local restaurants (all walking distance from the villa) which you may find helpful:
Poppadums Indian Tandoori - fantastic Indian food, far better than the average Indian restaurant in the UK. Good value.
Overall, a brilliantly relaxing holiday. We will be back!!
